entre medianeras de dos alturas, este proyecto singular narra la adaptaci\u00f3n de la arquitectura al paso del tiempo y las necesidades de sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su concepci\u00f3n original, la estructura e instalaciones de esta vivienda se desarrollaron y ejecutaron para abastecer la m\u00e1xima capacidad de viviendas y alturas que permit\u00eda la geometr\u00eda del solar y la normativa urban\u00edstica, pensando que las necesidades de la familia podr\u00edan cambiar y dejando as\u00ed la puerta abierta a lo que deparara el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>En este proyecto tratamos la transformaci\u00f3n de una vivienda unifamiliar de dos alturas (d\u00eda y noche) a edificio plurifamiliar de dos viviendas, una de ellas d\u00faplex, incluyendo la ampliaci\u00f3n de dos plantas.<\/p>\n<p>Aprovechando que aun queda alg\u00fan hueco sin edificar en el frente de edificios de las calles paralelas y su orientaci\u00f3n este, se opta por situar en la planta alta del d\u00faplex la zona de d\u00eda y disfrutar as\u00ed de las vistas a la pinada del parque Reina Sof\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=\u00bb#dbdbdb\u00bb
