Proposal for the construction of a 25 dwelling building under the cooperative system

The urban, architectural, energy and technical strategies adopted in this proposal define the interior and exterior spaces that shape the building.

It forms the last glimpse of city at its limit with the natural orography of its surroundings. In this sense, it is essential that its different accesses continue the conversation and relationship between the consolidated and nature.

Because of the relationship and life in community is increasingly scarce and non-existent due to the massive and speculative models of construction and real estate investment, this proposal carries out a complete catalog of community activities that foster communication and relationships among its users in a natural and spontaneous way.

The connection between the community spaces and the housings is made through corridors and open stairs around the central square, enhancing the spontaneous relationship of the neighbours. This strategy also entails a saving of material execution of the building. Since they do not have a construction of enclosure, they do not need to be acclimatized, ventilated or illuminated.
