The owners of these two tourist rental properties wanted to differentiate themselves in a qualitative way from the rest of the competition in this booming sector. They knew the style they wanted, they had in mind to return to the fishing origins of the municipality and transfer that Mediterranean essence to their project.

The premises were clear, to create two ambiences that would drink from that coastal atmosphere, of lime and indigo, of natural fibres… that had been present in their lives since they were children.

On the ground floor we chose to design spaces with a more traditional aesthetic, while on the first floor we gave a more contemporary twist to the Mediterranean style. Both dwellings are completed with wooden elements, natural fibres, furniture and continuous cladding.

For the façade we opted for continuous white cladding, as it could not be otherwise, and blue wooden striated joinery with shutters.
