The markedly narrow geometry of these premises was the main handicap in designing the different spaces required by this client’s specific programme.

The layout had to respond to the need to have different spaces for personalised attention and at the same time not interfere with each other.

The proposal is based on sectioning the space into three concatenated spaces: reception, work area and meeting room. These spaces are differentiated, isolated and defined thanks to the use made of light, materials and furniture, achieving greater privacy as the premises progress.
