Renovation and integral reform of a traditional corner house.

Since 1930, this traditional house has witnessed the history of Pinoso. Located in the heart of the municipality, it has belonged to the same family since its origin. Now in the hands of the third generation, this emblematic house has undergone a process of rehabilitation and comprehensive reform of traditional housing, which seeks to preserve its historical essence and adapt it to current needs.

The rehabilitation and renovation project of a traditional house was approached from the beginning with a respectful approach to its constructive and material nature. Taking advantage of the high ceilings, the original wooden beams of the roof were left exposed. In addition, the hydraulic mosaic floor tiles were carefully restored, characteristic elements of traditional homes that add a unique charm.

Thanks to this meticulous work, the house not only preserves its history, but is now also adapted for future generations. This example of a traditional house renovation shows how it is possible to merge tradition and modernity in the same space.
