Refurbishment and interior design of a house on the coast of Alicante.

This front line beach property in Guardamar del Segura had been closed for years and with the arrival of new owners, it was decided to update it to give it a new lease of life.

The premise of the project is clear: maximise the available space and natural light. The proposal was born with the idea of extending the house towards the exterior, thus achieving greater amplitude and making the most of the natural surroundings.

The large space generated seeks a complete connection between the centre of the home and the rest of the spaces, creating visual relations that are perceived through the openings and the interaction between materials and lighting. This new layout improves the fluidity between the different rooms, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness and luminosity.
