The Almoradí City Council has recently commissioned us to rehabilitate the last house in the Vega Baja built after the earthquake in Torrevieja in 1829. This house still preserves the distribution and original architectural elements designed by the engineer Larramendi and executed under the direction of Fourdinier.
Nowadays, the building is in a dilapidated state and in serious risk of loss. The proposed action aims to consolidate the building, preventing it from worse deterioration, while granted the use of the Seismic Memorial, which ensures its conservation and increases the municipal tourist offer.
