APARTMENT IN GUARDAMAR
This couple, deeply in love with their village and life in the center, decided to keep their lifelong family home and adapt it to the needs of the present. Their renovation and interior design project in Guardamar sought to combine tradition with modern design, without giving up the charm of their traditional home.
From the beginning, they wanted to create a spacious, bright and functional day area that could be used both for quiet moments alone and for family gatherings. The solution was to integrate a central wooden volume that, from the entrance, defines the space and fulfills multiple functions: it acts as a foyer, library and sideboard, bringing warmth and style to the interior.
In addition, two strategically placed sliding glass panels were incorporated into the shelving and the kitchen. These allow you to divide or connect rooms in a flexible way, creating spaces that adapt to every moment and need, whether they are more private or open.
This renovation and interior design project of an apartment in Guardamar demonstrates that it is possible to renovate and modernize a home without losing its essence, integrating elements that highlight the natural light, functionality and beauty of the design in the center of the city.
