The ways of working have changed significantly in recent years, becoming more and more dynamic and remote. For this reason, and in order to adapt to this evolution that is advancing at breakneck speed, the owners of BLOP Co-working decided to conceive a co-working space that offers different types of workstations. However, they have not renounced at any time to guarantee comfort, functionality and professionalism in each of their spaces.

First of all, BLOP coworking is organized in several areas perfectly designed to meet different needs. For example, it has an open work area ideal for those looking for a collaborative environment. In addition, it has three independent rooms that provide greater privacy. It also includes a fully equipped meeting room for professional meetings and, finally, an office with a solarium designed for moments of relaxation.

On the other hand, this project is based on the corporate image created by F*RANDS. Thus, spaces were designed that not only reflect BLOP’s visual identity, but also transmit, in a coherent way, its values and philosophy as a brand. In this way, every corner of the coworking breathes its essence.

Por otro lado, este proyecto se basa en la imagen corporativa creada por F*RANDS. Así, se diseñaron espacios que no sólo reflejan la identidad visual de BLOP, sino que transmiten, de forma coherente, sus valores y filosofía como marca. De esta forma, cada rincón del coworking respira su esencia.

Finally, as regards the facade, a white lacquered micro-perforated corrugated sheet metal cladding has been designed to strategically cover the windows for more private uses. Black metal frames on doors and windows in the work area provide a modern and elegant contrast.

In short, BLOP is a dynamic, functional coworking space with a differentiating design that adapts perfectly to the needs of modern professionals.
